Refunds and Returns Policy for Aussie Bot Studio

General Conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges are governed by the responsibility of the party at fault.

Returns and Exchanges at the Buyer’s Fault:

  • If the return or exchange is due to buyer’s error (e.g., incorrect size selection, change of mind regarding color or design), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via phone or email ([email protected]) within 30 days of your purchase, providing all necessary information and applicable images to confirm the product is in like-new condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the return is received and inspected. Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.

Returns and Exchanges at the Business’s Fault:

If the item received does not match the order (wrong size, color, or style), Aussie Bot Studio will cover all return shipping costs.

To qualify for this:

  • The buyer must provide proof (e.g., photographs, order details) that the incorrect item was sent. If you need any help providing proof, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Contact our Customer Service Specialist within 30 days of receiving the product to report the issue.

Once the claim is verified, we will:

  • Send the correct item to the buyer along with a pre-addressed, pre-paid return package for the incorrect item.
  • The buyer agrees to return the incorrect item using the provided package in a timely manner, unless otherwise specified by the business.

Additional Notes:

  • Custom Orders: Custom orders with no minimum requirement might not be eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  • Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  • Processing Time: Refunds might take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Inspection: All products are inspected upon arrival back to our distribution center. If the product is found to be in poor condition, or if any items are missing, this may affect your refund or exchange.
