What file should I send?
Best: PNG with transparent background, or vector (PDF/AI/SVG). High-res JPG is fine for full rectangles. See the artwork guide for max print sizes.
Do you help if my file is rough?
Yes — upscale, cleanup, halftone, AI prep when it helps the print. You still approve a mock before press.
