Do you take custom orders?

Yes we are more than happy to help with your custom order needs. There’s no minimum order requirements, although there are discounts available for ordering in bulk. How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

My order will not submit, or your site can’t find my address. What should I do?

If you are using browsing sites such as Duck Duck Go or similar cookie-blocking browsers, our site may not finalize your order. To resolve this issue, please switch to another browser and try completing your order again.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation, did my order go through?

Our automated emails (order confirmations, tracking updates etc) can find themselves in junk or spam folders. Please check there first, if there’s still no email, don’t hesistate to reach out to us.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If there are any issues, contact us and please include your order number for faster assistance.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivery can take an additional 3-10 business days.
Please note that selecting express shipping will expedite the shipping times but does not affect the production time of your order.

My order arrived damaged, what are my options?

We’re sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. All our orders are insured with Australia Post. Please contact us ASAP via phone or email. Please include images and your order number so we can assist you faster.

Can I return or exhange an item?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange.
However, please be advised that in accordance with our custom apparel order agreement, custom apparel orders are excluded from our returns and exchanges policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods including Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on AusPost’s website.
