Shipping
Australia + international
- We ship across Australia and internationally.
- Exact shipping methods and rates are calculated at checkout.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days on all orders.
- Heads up: selecting Express Post does not speed up order processing — it only affects postage once your order is packed and handed to the courier.

Retail exchanges
Ready-made / retail items only
- All retail items are exchangeable.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start an exchange.
- Items need to be unused and in like-new condition, with tags/packaging where supplied.
- Buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind / size / colour exchanges.
- Once returned, we exchange — that’s the model (not a cash refund for change of mind).
- If we stuffed up (wrong item / fault on arrival), we’ll cover return shipping and sort you out.
